Thomas Irrigation & Lighting Ltd. offers service packages to help maintain your irrigation system through-out the watering season. Service packages help optimize plant health and save you money on water bills. 

Throughout the season it is extremely important to monitor your system’s hardware, controller settings and your landscape’s plant growth. During scheduled visits we assess any deficiencies that have occurred through typical wear and tear such as overgrown/new plants blocking sprinkler heads, damaged pipes due to landscape work, or other touch-ups that would otherwise be unde-tected. Controller adjustments based on weather conditions are also made which saves you money on monthly bills. 

*STANDARD PACKAGE
$565 + HST

  • System opening and closing ($339 value)

  • Maintenance visits in July and August ($339 value)

*Additional cost for material and labour exceeding 1/2 hour per visit

*PREMIUM PACKAGE
$850 + HST 

Here’s what your package* includes:

  • System opening and closing ($339 value)

  • Monthly maintenance visits June - September ($678 value)

*Additional cost for material and labour exceeding 1/2 hour per visit
